Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel assigned to the Binongaan Annex are transferred to the newly established Eduardo M. Moreno National High School.
- All assets previously under the jurisdiction of the Binongaan Annex are likewise transferred.
- Liabilities connected to the annex are absorbed by the newly formed national high school.
- Official records related to the Binongaan Annex will also be transferred and maintained by the Eduardo M. Moreno National High School.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operation of the Eduardo M. Moreno National High School as part of the Department of Education’s program immediately.
- Initial funding will be charged against the current year's budget appropriations previously designated for the Esteban Madrona Memorial High School Binongaan Annex.
- Subsequent funding will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act to ensure continuous operation.
Implementation and Rulemaking Authority
- The Secretary of Education is authorized to promulgate the necessary rules and regulations for the effective implementation of this Act.
- This provision ensures that administrative and operational matters related to the separation and establishment of the new school are properly regulated.
Effectivity
- This Act shall come into effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette.
- The stipulation ensures that the public and concerned government entities are duly informed prior to the operationalization of the law's provisions.
