Liability and Notice

  • The City Government is not liable for vehicle damage caused by attempted unauthorized movement after clamping.

  • The City Mayor through TMO may issue rules for effective ordinance implementation.

Separability Clause

  • If any provision is invalidated, other provisions remain effective.

Effectivity

  • The ordinance takes effect 15 days after publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
