Parking is prohibited within intersections, on crosswalks, within six meters of curb line intersections, within four meters of driveway entrances and fire stations, within four meters of a fire hydrant, in front of private driveways, on the roadway side of any vehicle stopped or parked, at places with official no-parking signs, or any other places specified or prohibited for parking.

Authorized personnel from Valenzuela City may use wheel clamps or tire locks to immobilize illegally parked trucks and similar vehicles violating the ordinance in specified areas, upon prior orders by the City Mayor or duly authorized officer.

Any attempt to remove, removal, or destruction of a wheel clamp is punishable by a fine of Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00), or one (1) month imprisonment, or both, at the discretion of the court.

The administrative penalty is Five Thousand Pesos (P5,000.00), which must be paid prior to the release or removal of the clamping device.

If the penalty is not settled within 24 hours, the truck or similar vehicle will be towed and impounded in the City External Services Office impounding area.
