Administrative Supervision and Curriculum Structure
- The school shall be supervised by the Bureau of Vocational Education.
- Curriculum for the first and second years includes general education with practical arts.
- Vocational education curriculum is offered during the third and fourth years.

- These short courses are open to graduates of elementary school.

Appropriations and Funding Sources
- An initial amount of five hundred thousand pesos is appropriated for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the school for fiscal year 1971.
- Funding is sourced from the National Treasury from unappropriated funds.
- Operation and maintenance expenses for subsequent years will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity
- The Act takes effect immediately upon approval.
- The law was enacted by Congress without the executive approval on June 19, 1971.
