  • The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) is directed to identify funding sources for the Committee's operations and activities.

Reporting Requirements

  • The Committee must prepare and submit monthly reports to the President via the Presidential Management Staff, detailing the status of its activities.

Repealing Clause and Effectivity

  • Any inconsistent issuances, orders, rules, or regulations are repealed or modified accordingly.
  • The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon signing.
