Functions and Responsibilities of the Committee
- Provide technical assistance to LGUs in the preparation and approval of their CLUPs.

Technical Working Groups
- The Committee is empowered to create Technical Working Groups (TWGs) at national or regional levels to aid in fulfilling its functions.
Administrative and Funding Support
- Secretariat support for the Committee and its TWGs is provided by the DILG and HLURB.
- The Department of Budget and Management (DBM) is directed to identify funding sources for the Committee's operations and activities.
Reporting Requirements
- The Committee must prepare and submit monthly reports to the President via the Presidential Management Staff, detailing the status of its activities.
Repealing Clause and Effectivity
- Any inconsistent issuances, orders, rules, or regulations are repealed or modified accordingly.
- The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon signing.
