Transfer of Personnel and Assets

All school personnel assigned to Marbel 7 High School Annex shall be transferred to Concepcion National High School.
Records, assets, and properties, including buildings, school sites, and improvements, previously under the annex shall be vested in the new independent school.
All obligations, funds, and appropriations related to the annex shall also be transferred to Concepcion National High School.

Funding and Appropriations

The initial funding required for implementing the separation and establishing Concepcion National High School shall be charged against the current year's appropriations allocated to Marbel 7 National High School Annex.
Subsequent operation and maintenance expenses for the new school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Effectivity and Legal Validity

The Act took effect upon approval.
The law lapsed into effect on March 1, 1997, without the President's signature, pursuant to Article VI, Section 27(1) of the 1987 Philippine Constitution.
This provision allows a bill to become law if neither signed nor vetoed within 30 days after presentation to the President.
