BIR REVENUE MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 28-94

: AN ACT PROVIDING FOR THE SEPARATION OF MARBEL 7 HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX SITUATED IN BARANGAY CONCEPCION, KORONADAL, SOUTH COTABATO, FROM THE MARBEL 7 HIGH SCHOOLS (MAIN), INTO AN INDEPENDENT NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, TO BE KNOWN AS THE CONCEPCION NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, AND APPROPRIATING FUNDS THEREFOR.
: The Marbel 7 High School Annex situated in Barangay Concepcion, Koronadal, South Cotabato.
: The Concepcion National High School.
: Under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
: All personnel, records, assets and properties including buildings, sites, improvements, obligations, funds, and appropriations of the Marbel 7 High School Annex.
: Funds shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Marbel 7 National High School-Annex (Concepcion High School).
: Such sums as may be necessary shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
: It took effect upon its approval, which lapsed into law on March 1, 1997, without the signature of the President.
: Article VI, Section 27(1) of the Philippine Constitution.
: To separate the Marbel 7 High School Annex from the Marbel 7 High School (Main) and establish it as an independent national high school called Concepcion National High School.
