Curriculum Structure
- The school will offer a general education curriculum combined with practical arts for the first and second years.
- Vocational education curriculum shall be introduced and taught in the third and fourth years.
- Short vocational courses aimed at training for vocations needed in the locality shall be available.
- These short courses are open to elementary school graduates.
- As soon as feasible, two-year post-secondary technical courses shall be initiated.
Funding and Appropriation
- An initial amount of two hundred fifty thousand pesos (₱250,000) is authorized for appropriation.
- This amount is sourced from the National Treasury funds not otherwise appropriated.
- The funds are designated for the establishment, operation, and maintenance of the school for the fiscal year 1971.
- Subsequent operational and maintenance costs will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Effectivity
- The Act takes effect immediately upon its approval.
- Enactment was made without the President's executive approval on September 30, 1972.
