The primary purpose of Republic Act No. 6587 is to establish a national vocational school in the Municipality of Nasipit, Province of Agusan del Norte, known as Nasipit National Vocational School, and authorize the appropriation of funds for its establishment, operation, and maintenance.
The Nasipit National Vocational School is established under the direct supervision of the Director of Vocational Education.
Only a general education curriculum with practical arts shall be offered in the first and second years.
The vocational education curriculum shall be offered in the third and fourth years.
