Leave Commutation Rights Due to Military Service Exigencies
- AFP personnel unable to take leave due to military service demands may commute their eligible leave credits into cash while still in active service.

Modification of Inconsistent Laws and Effectivity
- All laws, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this decree are modified accordingly.
- The decree takes effect immediately upon approval.
