  • Family subsistence allowance paid once upon departure for overseas duty, with hierarchy of beneficiaries and specified amounts per grade.

Authorized Strength, Emergency Powers, and Amendments

  • Total authorized enlisted man count per grade set by the President.

  • Repeals previous laws related to pay and allowances, including RA No. 315 and specific sections of Commonwealth Acts and RA No. 573 and 815.
