- Expenses for transportation, subsistence, lodging, and other fees for attending officials are chargeable to their respective offices or agencies.
- Such expenses must comply with existing policies from the Civil Service Commission, Department of Budget and Management, and Commission on Audit.
- All expenditures are subject to usual budgetary, accounting, and auditing rules and regulations.
Effectivity
- The circular took effect immediately upon issuance on October 12, 2018.
