Restriction on Non-Professional Drivers’ Licenses
- Non-professional drivers’ licenses are limited to restriction codes 1 and 2 only.
Conditions Applicable to Certain License Holders
- Applicants under special conditions and those under restriction code 9 must indicate specific conditions on their licenses.
- Condition A: Wearing corrective lenses or eyeglasses.
- Condition B: Driving only with special equipment for upper limbs.
- Condition C: Driving only with special equipment for lower limbs.
- Condition D: Daylight driving only, applicable for all disabled persons.
- Condition E: Must be accompanied by a person with normal hearing, applicable for deaf and mute individuals.
Effectivity and Supersession
- The circular is effective immediately upon issuance.
- It supersedes, modifies, amends, or repeals all previous orders, memoranda, or circulars that conflict with its provisions.
