Required coordination by all government agencies
- Executive Order No. 95 requires all government branches, instrumentalities, subdivisions, and agencies with cooperative programs and projects to coordinate such programs and projects with the CDA.
- Coordination is required with a view to providing a comprehensive technical and financial program for cooperatives.
- Coordination is implemented through the creation of a National Coordinating Committee that is chaired by the CDA.
Cooperative Development Councils at multiple levels
- Executive Order No. 95 establishes Cooperative Development Councils at the national, regional, provincial and city levels.
- Cooperative Development Councils serve as a system for consultation regarding cooperative programs and projects.
