- Southeast by Manila Rail Road.
- Contains an area of 57,380 square meters.
- Original survey dates range from July 1905 to April 1908; resurvey conducted in June 2000 and approved in 2001.

Legal Formalities and Execution
- The proclamation was signed by the President of the Philippines, Rodrigo Roa Duterte.
- Executive Secretary Salvador C. Medialdea endorsed the proclamation.
- The document was executed and sealed in Manila on November 28, 2017.
- The proclamation legally integrates the designated parcels of land into the Cavite Economic Zone II Special Economic Zone under the regulatory framework of R.A. No. 7916, as amended.
