Lot 3027 is bounded and described by bearings and lines 1–2–3–4 through points 1 to 19, including boundaries along Creek and beyond specified lots, and along Manila Rail Road on the SE.
The technical description for Lot 3027 begins at a point marked “1” and proceeds through specified bearings and distances, ending at the point of beginning, with a stated area of Fifty-Seven Thousand Three Hundred Eighty square meters (57,380 m²), more or less.
Lot 3027 has points marked on the ground by PS cyl. conc, mons., 15x40 cm, with the corners 2 to 11 marked by a bearings grid/true, and includes original survey date July 1905–April 1908 and resurvey June 17, 2000, approved on February 23, 2001.
