Designation of GT Times Square Cebu as IT Center

Republic Act No. 7916 is the governing statute under which the President creates and designates the IT center, as amended by Republic Act No. 8748.
The President acts upon recommendation of the Board of Directors of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
The designation is made subject to the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 7916, including all applicable amendments.

The proclamation references PEZA Board of Directors Resolution No. 00-411 (s. 2000).
The proclamation recognizes Resolution No. 11-066 (s. 2011) as an amendment to the earlier PEZA resolution.
The proclamation recognizes Resolution No. 11-216 (s. 2011) as an amendment to the earlier PEZA resolution.
The IT-center designation is treated as created and designated subject to these PEZA Board resolutions and the IRR implementing Republic Act No. 7916.

GT Times Square Cebu is created and designated as an Information Technology (IT) Center.
The designation covers a building being constructed on specified parcels of land.
The IT-center designation is expressly made subject to the provisions of Republic Act No. 7916 as amended, and its IRR.
The location is identified as J. Llorente corner Don Mariano Cui Streets, Capitol Site, Cebu City, Cebu.

The designated area has an aggregate land area of ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO (1,192) SQUARE METERS, more or less.
The land is defined through technical descriptions covering two lots under separate technical titles and parcel plans.
The technical descriptions identify the properties under TCT No. 181282 and TCT No. 181283.
The description uses the following plan and survey references: Pcs-628, Pcs-928, Fls-295, and GLRO Rec. No. 5988.

Under TCT No. 181282, the parcel is identified as Lot 1, Block 3, Pcs-628.
The parcel is bounded NE by Road Lot 2; SE by Road Lot 2, Lot 522-A-2 (plan Fls-295), and Road Lot 4; SW by Lot 2, Block 3; and NW by Lot 4, Block 3.
The parcel contains an area of Five Hundred Ninety-Six (596) Square Meters, more or less.
