Declaration of the Annual Observance
- Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day shall be held every fourth Monday of September each year.
- It coincides with the annual Family Week celebration.
Responsibilities of NCFF and Government Agencies
- The NCFF shall lead the national observance of Kainang Pamilya Mahalaga Day.
- Heads of all government departments, agencies, GOCCs, LGUs, and other instrumentalities are mandated to support NCFF activities.

Repealing Provisions
- Proclamation No. 1895 (2009) and all inconsistent orders, rules, and issuances are repealed or modified accordingly to align with this proclamation.
