Objectives for Port Zone Delineation
- To facilitate comprehensive planning, development, financing, and operation of Bulalacao Port.
- To promote regional development and the dispersal of industries and commercial activities across different regions.
Delineation and Description of the Port Zone (Section 1)
- The Port zone is located in Sitio Kabangkalan, Barangay Poblacion, Municipality of Bulalacao, Oriental Mindoro.
- The territorial boundaries are precisely described with directional bearings and distances from fixed points.
- The total area covered is approximately 856,403 square meters.
Jurisdiction and Administrative Control (Section 2)
- The Bulalacao Port zone is placed under the administrative jurisdiction of the PPA.
- The PPA is mandated to implement zoning, planning, development, and utilization programs aligned with regional industrial plans.
Repealing Clause (Section 3)
- All prior issuances, orders, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Executive Order are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
Separability Clause (Section 4)
- If any provision is declared invalid or unconstitutional, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and effective.
Effectivity (Section 5)
- The Executive Order takes effect immediately upon issuance on February 14, 2014.
