Rates for Formal/Warehousing Entries and Transshipment
- Fees vary according to the dutiable value of the shipment.
- For shipments up to PHP 10,000, the fee is PHP 1,300.
- Incremental fee brackets span from PHP 10,000 to PHP 200,000, with rates increasing progressively from PHP 2,000 to PHP 5,300.
- For values exceeding PHP 200,000, a fixed fee of PHP 5,300 applies to the first PHP 200,000 plus 0.375% (three-eighths of one percent) on the amount exceeding PHP 200,000.
Fees for Informal Entries
- Customs Brokerage Fees for informal entry-clearance services are fixed between PHP 469.22 and PHP 700 per entry.
Fees for Export Declarations
- Customs Brokerage Fees for export declarations are set at one-half of the rates applicable to formal/warehousing entries and transshipment.
Fees for Other Specific Services
- Customs Brokerage Fees for other related services include obtaining shipside permits and transfer permits, each charged from PHP 885.95 to PHP 1,300.
- For withdrawal entries on warehoused articles:
- Complete withdrawal commands fees from PHP 1,328.93 to PHP 2,000.
- Partial withdrawals are charged between PHP 1,012.50 and PHP 1,500 per withdrawal.
Supersession of Previous Rules
- Any past rules, regulations, or orders inconsistent with this Order are modified or superseded accordingly.
Effectivity
- The Order takes effect fifteen (15) days after its approval and publication in a newspaper of general circulation within the Philippines.
