Creation of San Pascual Municipality, Batangas

Section 1 creates the Municipality of San Pascual in the Province of Batangas.
Section 1 separates and constitutes the following barrios from the Municipality of Bauan:
- San Pascual, Danglayan, San Antonio, Laurel, Bayanan, San Mateo, Banaba, Natunuan South, Natunuan North, Kaing-in, Santo Nino, Sambat, Palsahingin, Alalum, Sta. Elena, Del Pilar, Malaking Pook, Pil, San Mariano, Pook ni Banal, Pook ng Kapitan, Mataas-na-Lupa, Ilat, Gelerang Cawayan, and Resplandor.
Section 1 establishes the seat of government at the present site of the barrio of San Pascual.
Section 4 retains specific areas under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Bauan.

Section 2 provides that the new municipality acquires corporate existence upon the qualification of the first local officials.
Section 2 specifies that the first officials are the mayor, vice mayor, and councilors.
Section 2 directs that these officials are elected in the next general elections for local officials in November, nineteen hundred seventy-one.

Section 3 requires proportionate apportionment of municipal indebtedness between the Municipality of San Pascual and the Municipality of Bauan.
Section 3 covers:
- the present indebtedness of the Municipality of Bauan in whatever lending institution, and
- the indebtedness to be incurred as a consequence of the creation of the Municipality of San Pascual.
Section 3 mandates that apportionment is proportionately based on their areas.
Section 3 makes each municipality liable only for its proportionate share of the indebtedness.

Section 4 retains the Roman Catholic Cemetery as a territory under the jurisdiction of the Municipality of Bauan.

Section 4 keeps one-half hectare containing the pumping station of the water system of Bauan under Bauan’s jurisdiction.
