  • The boundary continues along the marine waters of the municipality back to Point 1, using the provisions of Section 2321 of the Revised Administrative Code.

Initial Local Government Officials

  • The first set of local officials including the mayor, vice mayor, and councilors will be elected during the next general elections following the creation of the municipality.

Effectivity of the Act

  • The law takes effect immediately upon its approval.
  • It was enacted without the need for Executive approval on June 21, 1969.
