Boundaries and Territorial Description
- Nagtipunan is bounded by the municipalities of Maddela and Aglipay (Quirino) to the north and northeast;
- Bounded to the south by the Province of Aurora;
- Bounded to the southwest and west by the Municipality of Dupax del Norte (Province of Nueva Vizcaya);
- Bounded to the northwest by the Municipality of Kasibu (Province of Nueva Vizcaya).

- The approximate land area of Nagtipunan is 160,740 hectares, more or less.

Ratification and Initial Government Officials Appointment
- The creation of Nagtipunan shall be subject to majority approval in a plebiscite held in the affected barangays within 120 days after the Act's approval.
- Following ratification, the President of the Philippines shall appoint the first set of local officials: a mayor, vice-mayor, and eight (8) councilors.
- These officials will serve until their elected successors assume office during the next local election.
Plebiscite Administration and Funding
- The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) shall be responsible for conducting and supervising the plebiscite.
- Expenses related to the plebiscite shall be charged to local government funds.
Effectivity of the Act
- The Act shall become effective immediately upon approval by the appropriate authorities.
