Boundary Description of Lake Sebu Municipality
- The new municipality is carved out from the municipalities of Surallah and T'boli.
- Boundaries: North - Municipality of Surallah and Province of Sultan Kudarat; East - Municipality of T'boli; South - Municipalities of Kiamba and Maitum; West - Province of Sultan Kudarat.

Seat of Government
- The central administrative seat of Lake Sebu shall be located at the present Barangay Lake Sebu.
Ratification and Initial Governance
- The creation of the municipality is subject to ratification through a plebiscite by a majority of votes in the affected areas within 120 days from the approval of the Act.
- Upon ratification, the President appoints the first Mayor and other elective officials who serve until successors are elected and qualified.
Plebiscite Conduct and Funding
- The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) is mandated to conduct and supervise the plebiscite.
- Expenses for the plebiscite are charged to the Commission on Elections’ appropriations.
Application of General Municipal Laws
- All existing laws applicable to municipalities in the Philippines shall apply to Lake Sebu.
Effectivity
- The Act takes effect immediately upon approval.
