Creation of Buadiposo-Buntong Municipality

Section 2 sets the seat of government of Buadiposo-Buntong in Barangay Manacab.

Section 3 provides that all provisions of law applicable to regular municipalities apply to Buadiposo-Buntong, except as otherwise provided in Presidential Decree No. 1133.
The rule covers municipal laws now or hereafter applicable to regular municipalities.

Section 4 directs that the present elective municipal officials of Ditsaan-Ramain continue performing their duties in the newly created Buadiposo-Buntong.
Section 4 states that these elective officials perform duties until the municipal officials of Buadiposo-Buntong are appointed by the President.
Section 4 provides that appointed officials hold office until their successors shall have been elected in the regular elections for municipal officials following the issuance of Presidential Decree No. 1133, and must have qualified.
Section 4 provides that appointed officials may be removed at the pleasure of the President.
Section 4 requires that any additional appointive officers and employees necessary to organize or complete the municipal government of Buadiposo-Buntong are appointed as provided for under existing laws.

Section 5 requires that, upon the effectivity of the Decree, the proportionate share of Buadiposo-Buntong in the obligations, funds, assets, and other property of the Municipality of Ditsaan-Ramain is transferred.
Section 5 directs that the transfer is done by the President.
Section 5 requires that the transfer be made upon recommendation of the Commission on Audit.

Section 6 repeals or modifies laws, and executive orders or regulations, that are inconsistent with Presidential Decree No. 1133.
Section 7 provides that Presidential Decree No. 1133 takes effect immediately.
