Applicability of Existing Laws

All legal provisions applicable to regular barangays apply to Barangay Pamplona Tres unless otherwise stated.

Governance and Administrative Transition

Current elective barangay officials of Barangay Pamplona will continue to serve in Barangay Pamplona Tres.
The President shall appoint officials for the new barangay who will serve until successors are elected in subsequent barangay elections.
These appointed officials may be removed at the President’s discretion.
Additional appointive officers and employees necessary to complete the new barangay’s government may be appointed as per existing laws.

Financial and Property Arrangements

Upon effectivity, Barangay Pamplona Tres shall receive a proportionate share of obligations, funds, assets, and property previously belonging to Barangay Pamplona.
The transfer of these shares is executed by the President upon recommendation from the Commission on Audit.

Supersession of Inconsistent Laws

Any laws, executive orders, or regulations inconsistent with this decree are repealed or modified accordingly.

Effectivity
