PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 1333

: The purpose is to create Barangay Pamplona Tres in the Municipality of Las Piñas, Metro Manila, to achieve closer supervision and better execution of developmental programs for socio-economic upliftment.
: The subdivisions of Manuela, Greenview, Las Piñas Village, Verdant Acres, Casimiro, Manila Times, and Keyville.
: No, the creation of Barangay Pamplona Tres as a distinct and independent barangay does not affect the legal existence of the mother barangay.
: All provisions of law now or hereafter applicable to regular barangays shall apply to Barangay Pamplona Tres.
: The present elective barangay officials of Barangay Pamplona shall continue to perform their duties in Barangay Pamplona Tres until officials are appointed by the President.
: They shall hold office until their successors are elected in regular barangay elections and have qualified, unless removed earlier by the President.
: Such appointive officers and employees shall be appointed by the President as provided under existing laws.
: The share shall be transferred by the President upon the recommendation of the Commission on Audit.
: All inconsistent laws, parts of laws, executive orders, or regulations are repealed or modified accordingly.
