Powers, rulemaking, and coordination
- Executive Order No. 468 empowers the committee to promulgate its rules and regulations as may be required to facilitate the performance of its function.
- Executive Order No. 468 authorizes the committee to call upon the assistance of any government agency, corporation, or instrumentality on an ad hoc basis.
