  • Additionally, the Secretary of Finance must certify that Malitbog and Macrohon can satisfactorily maintain their municipal governments and meet obligations after losing the segregated areas.

  • The creation of the municipality is pursuant to Section 68 of the Revised Administrative Code.
  • The Executive Order was signed by the President of the Philippines and countersigned by the Executive Secretary.
