Conditions for Municipal Organization
- The municipality of Karomatan’s organization and operation become effective only after:
- Appointment and qualification of the mayor, vice-mayor, and a majority of the council members.
- Certification from the Provincial Treasurer confirming the financial capacity of the municipality.
- The financial capacity must ensure payment of minimum salaries and wages to officials and employees as mandated by the Minimum Wage Law.
