- on the SE. by pts. 3-4 of Lot 2-B, (LRC) Psd-99697, now National Road 20.00 m. wide;
- on the SW. by pts. 4-1 of Lot 2-A-5-A-2, (LRC) Psd-274884.
Lot 2-A-5-A-1 (LRC) Psd-274884 has bearings and distances defined by a boundary description beginning at point “1”, and it states that the lot contains an area of Three Thousand Five Hundred square meters (3,500 m²) (more or less).
The proclamation requires that all boundary points are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground, identifying the survey marker type for points 1 to 2 and the marker for the rest, including the dates of original survey and subdivision/consolidation survey: 10-11 August 1911 and 19 November 1977, respectively.
