: It is located along Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Barangay Talaba VII, Bacoor City, Cavite.
: The building has a gross floor area of 50,277.76 square meters, more or less.

: The boundaries are described by reference to lot numbers, cadastral survey plans, points marked on a plan, and specific bearings with distances from survey markers established in surveys dated August 1911 and November 1977.
: It is subject to PEZA Board Resolution No. 00-411 (s.2000), as amended by Resolution Nos. 11-066 (s. 2011), 15-240 (s.2015), 17-472 (s.2017), 17-676 (s.2017), and 19-411 (s. 2019).
