Operationalization and Funding

The Chief Justice, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, must promptly include the operationalization of the new RTC branch in the Court's program.
Funding for the new branch must be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Release of funds for operation is conditioned on the actual organization of the court and appointment of its personnel.

Amendments to Existing Laws

Section 14(g) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 (The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980), as amended, is modified to reflect the creation of the new RTC branch.
All other laws, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly.

Effectivity Provision

The Act takes effect 15 days after publication in the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation.

Legislative and Executive Approvals

The Act was approved by both the House of Representatives and the Senate before presidential approval.
Signed into law by the President of the Philippines on November 8, 2012.
