- Begins at a point on the shore of Romblon Pass (Hor. Grid 50).
- Extends northwest approximately 3,700 meters to Guinhayaan Junction (point 2).
- Extends northeast about 18,000 meters to point 3 along the OdioAgan-Looc boundary (Hor. Grid 65.8).
- Moves another 2,500 meters northeast along the OdioAgan-Looc boundary to point 4.
- Proceeds southeast roughly 5,000 meters along the San Agustin-Looc boundary to point 5 near Naabang Point on the shore.
- The boundary then follows marine waters as per section 2321 of the Revised Administrative Code returning to the original point.

- Fulfill all statutory obligations of a municipality.
- Provide essential municipal services.
- Must also ensure that the mother municipality of Looc remains viable after the segregation, able to meet statutory, contractual obligations and deliver essential services.
