Transfer of Assets, Personnel, Liabilities, and Records
- All assets, personnel, liabilities, and official records currently under the Union National High School - Ulip Annex are transferred to the Ulip National High School.
- The Ulip National High School fully absorbs these elements, ensuring continuity in administration and operations.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of the Ulip National High School in the Department of Education's programs immediately.
- Initial funding for the Ulip National High School shall be sourced from the existing budget appropriations of the Union National High School - Ulip Annex for the current fiscal year.
- Moving forward, the financial requirements for the school's continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation and Rules
- The Secretary of Education is responsible for issuing the necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement and carry out the provisions of this Act.
- These rules ensure orderly transition and compliance with the school's new status and operational requirements.
Effectivity
- This Act becomes effective fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
- The law was approved by the President of the Philippines and duly enacted by Congress following passage in the House of Representatives and the Senate on specified dates.
