Republic Act No. 9976

: The main purpose of Republic Act No. 9976 is to separate the Union National High School - Ulip Annex in Barangay Upper Ulip, Municipality of Monkayo, Province of Compostela Valley, from the Union National High School, convert it into an independent national high school, and name it Ulip National High School.
: The Secretary of Education is responsible for including the operationalization of Ulip National High School in the department's program.
: The Act took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
: All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Union National High School - Ulip Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Ulip National High School.
: The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Union National High School - Ulip Annex.
: The amount necessary for the continued operation of Ulip National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
