Increase in Bed Capacity
- The authorized bed capacity of the hospital is increased significantly from ten (10) beds to two hundred (200) beds.

Implementation and Funding
- The Secretary of Health is tasked to immediately integrate the provisions of this Act into the Department of Health’s programs.
- Funding for the hospital’s conversion and expansion shall be provided through the annual General Appropriations Act.
Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Health, in collaboration with the Secretary of Budget and Management, shall promulgate the necessary rules and regulations within ninety (90) days from the law’s approval.
- These rules aim to ensure the effective implementation of the Act’s provisions.
Separability Clause
- If any part of the Act is declared unconstitutional, the rest shall remain effective and fully enforceable.
Repealing Clause
- All existing laws, decrees, orders, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
Effectivity
- The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
