  • These rules aim to ensure the effective implementation of the Act’s provisions.

Separability Clause

  • If any part of the Act is declared unconstitutional, the rest shall remain effective and fully enforceable.

Repealing Clause

  • All existing laws, decrees, orders, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.

Effectivity

  • The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
