Republic Act No. 11289

: The main purpose is to convert the San Lorenzo Ruiz Women's Hospital in Malabon City, Metro Manila into a general hospital named San Lorenzo Ruiz General Hospital, increasing its bed capacity from ten to two hundred beds and appropriating funds for this purpose.
: The authorized bed capacity is increased from ten (10) beds to two hundred (200) beds.
: The existing professional health care services, facilities, and health human resources must be upgraded to conform and be commensurate with the increased bed capacity.
: It should be implemented consistent with the hospital's five (5)-year development plan.
: The Secretary of Health is tasked to include the implementation of this Act in the Department's programs.
: Funding shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
: Within ninety (90) days from the approval of the Act.
: The Secretary of Health must consult the Secretary of Budget and Management.
: The remaining parts or provisions not affected by the declaration of unconstitutionality shall remain in full force and effect.
: This Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
: All laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules, and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Act are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
