Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel employed at Pantukan National High School - Tagugpo Annex are transferred to Tagugpo National High School.
- All assets, liabilities, and official records of the annex are transferred and absorbed by the new independent school.
Funding and Appropriations
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Tagugpo National High School in the Department of Education’s program.
- Initial funding will come from the current year’s appropriations allocated for Pantukan National High School - Tagugpo Annex.
- Future funding requirements must be included in subsequent annual General Appropriations Acts.
Implementation of the Law
- The Secretary of Education is empowered to issue necessary rules and regulations to effectively carry out the provisions and objectives of this Act.
Effectivity of the Act
- The law takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
