Transfer of Assets, Liabilities, Personnel, and Records
- All personnel associated with the former annex are transferred to the newly established Pleasant Hills Elementary School.
- All assets and liabilities previously under the annex are absorbed by Pleasant Hills Elementary School.
- Records held by the annex are likewise transferred to the new independent school.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Pleasant Hills Elementary School in the Department of Education’s program immediately.
- Initial funding for the new school is to be charged against the current year’s appropriations allocated to the Nueve de Febrero Elementary School - Pleasant Hills Annex.
- Subsequent funding for the school's operation shall be provided through annual appropriations under the General Appropriations Act.
Implementation Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Education is tasked with issuing all necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.
- This includes administrative and operational protocols for the transition and functioning of the new school.
Effectivity and Publication
- The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette.
- The passage dates and official signatures indicate the legislative approval and enactment process.
