Republic Act No. 9528

: The main purpose of Republic Act No. 9528 is to separate the Nueve de Febrero Elementary School - Pleasant Hills Annex in Barangay Pleasant Hills, City of Mandaluyong from the Nueve de Febrero Elementary School and convert it into an independent elementary school to be known as the Pleasant Hills Elementary School.
: Republic Act No. 9528 was approved on March 24, 2009.
: All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Nueve de Febrero Elementary School - Pleasant Hills Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the Pleasant Hills Elementary School.
: The Secretary of Education is responsible for including the operationalization of the Pleasant Hills Elementary School in the Department’s program.
: The initial funding for the Pleasant Hills Elementary School shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Nueve de Febrero Elementary School - Pleasant Hills Annex.
: The continued operation of the Pleasant Hills Elementary School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
: The Secretary of Education shall issue such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act.
: This Act took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
: The Pleasant Hills Elementary School is located in Barangay Pleasant Hills, City of Mandaluyong.
: Republic Act No. 9528 was enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Philippines.
