  • Initial funding for the new school shall be charged against the current year's appropriations allocated to the Monkayo National High School Awao Annex.
  • Subsequent necessary funding for continued operation will be provided under the annual General Appropriations Act.

Implementation and Rulemaking Authority

  • The Secretary of Education is empowered to issue rules and regulations necessary to implement the provisions of the Act effectively.

Effectivity and Publication

  • The Act shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
  • This ensures the law's public awareness and legal enforcement starting from the date specified.
