Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel currently assigned to the Keytodac Annex of Lebak National High School are transferred to Keytodac National High School.
- All assets and liabilities associated with the Keytodac Annex are absorbed by Keytodac National High School.
- All official records of the Keytodac Annex are likewise transferred to the new independent school.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to incorporate the operationalization of Keytodac National High School into the Department of Education's program immediately.
- Initial funding for the new school will be taken from the current year's budget appropriations previously allotted to the Lebak National High School Keytodac Annex.
- Future funding for the operation of Keytodac National High School will be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Rules and Regulations
- The Secretary of Education is empowered to issue necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.
Effectivity
- This Act shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
- The legal and administrative processes to make the Act effective are anchored on official publication.

- The Act was passed by the House of Representatives on September 2, 2008, and by the Senate on October 12, 2009.
- It was approved by the President of the Philippines on January 7, 2010.
