The main purpose of RA No. 9935 is to separate the Lebak National High School Keytodac Annex in Barangay Keytodac, Municipality of Lebak, Province of Sultan Kudarat from Lebak National High School and to convert it into an independent national high school known as Keytodac National High School.
The Barangay involved is Barangay Keytodac and the Municipality is Lebak in the Province of Sultan Kudarat.
All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Lebak National High School Keytodac Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the newly created Keytodac National High School.
The Secretary of Education is responsible for including the operationalization and funding of the Keytodac National High School in the Department's program.
The initial funding for the Keytodac National High School shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Lebak National High School Keytodac Annex.
The amount necessary for the continued operation of the Keytodac National High School shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
The Secretary of Education has the authority to issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purposes of the Act.
This Act took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The new independent national high school is officially designated as Keytodac National High School.
