Transfer of Personnel, Assets, Liabilities, and Records
- All personnel employed by Ilaya Barangka Elementary School are transferred to and absorbed by the Ilaya Barangka Integrated School.
- All assets owned by the elementary school are likewise transferred to the newly integrated school.
- The integrated school assumes all liabilities previously held by the elementary school.
- All official records of the elementary school are likewise transferred to the integrated school.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to immediately incorporate the operationalization of Ilaya Barangka Integrated School into the Department of Education’s program.
- Initial funding for this operationalization will be drawn from the current year’s appropriations allocated to Ilaya Barangka Elementary School.
- For subsequent years, necessary funding for continuing operations shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Rules and Regulations for Implementation
- The Secretary of Education is tasked with issuing the necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions and objectives of this Act.
Effectivity of the Act
- The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
- This law lapsed into effect without the signature of the President in accordance with the Philippine Constitution, signifying its automatic enforcement.
Each provision ensures the smooth transition from an elementary school to an integrated school structure, providing continuity in funding, staff, and operations under the governance of the Department of Education.
