The Ilaya Barangka Elementary School in Barangay Barangka Ilaya, City of Mandaluyong is converted into an integrated school under Republic Act No. 10025.
After conversion, it is known as Ilaya Barangka Integrated School.
All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Ilaya Barangka Elementary School are transferred to and absorbed by the Ilaya Barangka Integrated School.
The Secretary of Education is responsible for including the operationalization of Ilaya Barangka Integrated School in the Department's program.
The initial funding is charged against the current year's appropriations of the Ilaya Barangka Elementary School.
The amount necessary for the continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
It took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The law lapsed into effect on March 11, 2010, without the signature of the President, in accordance with Article VI, Section 27(1) of the Constitution.
