Formulation of Implementing Rules and Regulations

The purpose of these rules and regulations is to effectively implement and carry out the provisions of this Act.

Effectivity of the Law

The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication.
Publication must be made in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation to ensure public awareness.

The Act originated in the House of Representatives and was passed by both the House on January 20, 2021, and the Senate on January 31, 2022.
