  • The Secretary of Health is mandated to immediately include the implementation of this Act in the DOH’s program.
  • Funding for the operation and development of the GCGMMC is to be provided in the annual General Appropriations Act, ensuring budgetary support.

Severability Clause

  • If any provision of this Act is declared unconstitutional or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect, preserving the law’s intent and operation.

Amendments to Prior Legislation

  • Republic Act No. 11324, which increased the bed capacity of the Governor Celestino Gallares Memorial Hospital and upgraded its services, is amended to conform with this Act.
  • Any laws, executive orders, issuances, rules, and regulations inconsistent with this Act are modified accordingly.

Effectivity

  • This Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation, ensuring public awareness and formal implementation timeline.
