Transfer of Personnel, Assets, and Records
- All personnel associated with the annex are transferred and absorbed into the newly independent Liloan National High School.
- All assets and liabilities previously held by the annex also transfer to the new institution.
- All records of the annex are similarly absorbed by the Liloan National High School.
Funding and Operationalization
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to immediately include Liloan National High School in the Department of Education's operational programs.
- Initial funding for the school will come from the current year's appropriations for the Arcelo Memorial National High School - Liloan National High School Annex.
- Subsequent funding needs must be incorporated into future General Appropriations Acts to ensure continual operation.
Rules and Regulations Implementation
- The Secretary of Education must create the implementing rules and regulations for this Act within sixty (60) days from its approval.
- These rules will govern the operationalization and administration of the newly independent school.
Effectivity and Publication
- The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
- This ensures public awareness and proper enforcement of the law's provisions.
