Transfer of Assets and Liabilities
- All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the former Pinsao Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the newly created Pinsao National High School.
- This ensures continuity and proper management of resources and responsibilities.
Appropriations and Funding
- The Secretary of Education is mandated to include the operationalization of Pinsao National High School in the Department of Education program immediately.
- Initial funding will come from the current year's appropriations of the Pines City National High School's Pinsao Annex.
- Subsequent funding for the school's continued operations will be allocated through the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation and Rulemaking Authority
- The Secretary of Education is authorized to issue necessary rules and regulations to effectively implement the provisions of this Act.
- This includes administrative, operational, and financial regulations needed to facilitate the school's independent function.
Effectivity of the Act
- This Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
- This provision ensures public awareness and formal commencement of the law's application.
