Republic Act No. 9843

: The main purpose of Republic Act No. 9843 is to separate the Pines City National High School - Pinsao Annex in Barangay Pinsao, City of Baguio from the Pines City National High School and convert it into an independent national high school known as Pinsao National High School.

: All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Pines City National High School - Pinsao Annex are transferred to and absorbed by the newly created Pinsao National High School.
: The Secretary of Education is responsible for including the initial funding in the Department's program.
: The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Pines City National High School - Pinsao Annex.
: The amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
: The Secretary of Education shall issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of this Act.
: This Act took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
: The Act was approved by President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo.
